Our Client Portal

Every studio says clients love working with them. We decided to prove it with software. Our clients get a private portal where a project is something you can watch: design rounds to approve, live demos to click through, research to read, files and photos in one place, and agreements you can sign from your phone. Signing in is a six digit text message code. Nobody remembers another password, and nobody has to.

The portal is where the busywork went to die. When we share a design round, the client gets a link, taps Approve or Request changes, and the notes land in the same thread our team works from. Proposals and agreements are drafted, sent, signed, and countersigned inside the same system, with the signing evidence recorded properly. Invoices, files, even the colleagues a client invites to weigh in: one login, one place, no email archaeology.

Under the hood it is our own stack: a React front end on a self hosted Supabase backend with row level security guarding every table, text message login through our own phone system, and PDF generation for signed documents. We run our whole client side business on it, which is the best kind of product test. If your customers would benefit from a window into your work, this is the pattern we build from, in your brand.
